Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Biblical Prints. If there’s an issue with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping.
Incorrect Order: If we send the wrong print, frame, size, incorrect spelling, or artwork that differs from your order.
To process a refund or replacement, you must provide:
- Images of the product showing the issue
- Your email and order number for verification
Minor variations in colour, positioning, trimming, or appearance between on-screen previews and the final printed product do not constitute faults.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, scorelines, venues, and other submitted information are accurate at the time of ordering.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer refunds or replacements in cases of user error, including incorrect details provided at checkout. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
We cannot accept returns from anyone other than the original purchaser of the item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, we will ask whether you prefer a refund or a replacement product. If approved, we will notify you and issue the refund or send a replacement.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Personalised and custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be cancelled unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Orders may be cancelled before production begins by contacting us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, we will notify you and issue the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
If you wish to return the product, you may do so, but you will need to cover the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For incorrect orders, we will cover the shipping costs of returns. In the case of any other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
