Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Biblical Prints. If there’s an issue with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

Return Timeframe

You have 6 months from the day you receive your order to request a refund or replacement for faulty items. Please report any issues as soon as possible and provide clear evidence of the problem. You also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order. If this is done, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition it arrived in within 14 days of cancellation, and then you will receive a full refund. You are not required to return anything if the cancellation is processed before your item is shipped.

Conditions for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping.

• Incorrect Order: If we send the wrong print, incorrect spelling, or artwork that differs from your order.

We do not offer refunds or replacements in cases of user error (e.g., incorrect details provided at checkout). Please double-check your order details before purchasing. To process a refund or replacement, you must provide:

• Images of the product showing the issue

• Your email and order number for verification

Refund & Replacement Process

Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, we will ask whether you prefer a refund or a replacement product.

• If approved, we will notify you and issue the refund or send a replacement.

• If you wish to return the product, you may do so, but you will need to cover the return shipping costs.

• Returns are not required to receive a refund or replacement.

• We can only accept return requests from the original purchaser of the item.

Returns Shipping Costs

For faulty items and incorrect orders, we will cover the shipping costs of returns. In the case of any other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at biblicalprintsshop@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your name

• Order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product showing the problem

Requests will be verified using the order number and email address associated with the original purchase, and we will be in touch once your refund/return request has been accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.

Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, cases where the order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, incorrect pricing, or violation of our terms and conditions. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
